It has an independent casting base, strictly implements real-time monitoring of material composition and physical performance analysis, and relies on full process testing methods such as chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, and metallographic charts to ensure the consistency and stability of casting quality.
Introduce high-end processing centers from Japan, Taiwan and other places in the manufacturing process, build intelligent unit production lines, and achieve one-time molding from clamping to finished products. The quality system runs through the entire manufacturing process, controlled layer by layer through "first inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection", and equipped with precision instruments such as coordinate measuring machines, cylindricity meters, projectors, and cleanliness analyzers to deeply verify the shape and position tolerances and surface quality of parts, ensuring that product accuracy meets design requirements.
In response to the strict requirements for cleanliness and fitting accuracy of hydraulic components, the company has set up a dust-free constant temperature assembly workshop. All parts must be thoroughly cleaned before entering to prevent secondary pollution. Multiple specialized test benches for valves and pumps are equipped in the workshop, and each product undergoes 100% factory testing according to national standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products with zero defects and high performance.
